I've read the prologue to your story. First i'd like to say that it is a really interesting start as it is different than most Cell stories where the 'reader' is from the DBZ Universe. So i think this could turn out to be quite the great story.
As for the writing, well all i can say is that you should try and keep an eye out for typos. I speak from experience when i say that...that is not really easy XD
